ok so i tried converting my passenger side window switch to a LED, my soldering skills suck since i've never soldered, practiced abit before hand but im pretty sure i still need a new piece, my problem though doesnt really have to do with it though,

my courtesy light when i open the door (the red lense) doesn't turn on when i open the passenger door, at first i thought i might of blew a fuse but when i open my driver side door my passenger will light up so there is power running to it ok

so.....

driver side door closed, i can open the passanger door all i want and it wont light up

driver side door open, i can open and close the passanger door and the lense lights up fine and properly,

any ideas?

 

does the dome (overhead) light come on when you open the passenger door only? How about the "door open" symbol on the dash?

 

ok well thats pretty weird, as i went to go check it, no door ajar no overhead light so i closed the door and opened it and it works ok, overhead light comes on, door ajar shows open door, and the little light in the door comes on, opened and closed the door like 20 times just to be sure and it all seems ok lol
