Where can you get these or get them done? Also if you have an ECU that you bought or remapped, where did you get it done and how much?

Searching the site would give you lots of info to read through but currently you can't get them anywhere.

Thats what I figured.. both read the search the site laugh.gif and currently unavailable to order. But I thought some of these shops around here have you know like a computer where they can enter you ECU and remap it for you for a small fee of like $140-$200? Also having a full exhaust and a CAI with some pulleys made me think it was time to get an ECu remapping. Especially before I get too much carbon build up in the cylinders and next thing you know, your engines pre-firing or post-firing or something like that.

get an SAFC-II or something if you're worried about fuel management at this stage. I dunno, I've never used one (I don't know what they're capable of). You migh need something more expensive..

and answer the question posed in the first post, and you will find the meaning of life...

You only have a CAI done to your intake end?

You should really do a BBTB and a BIM or other aftermarket intake manifold, you'll feel some VERY nice power with it all done.

THEN go for some ECU tunin.

i have a modified Kefico ECU nana.gif It has no rev limit, no speed limit and i can "tune" the inyectors pulsation and A/F Ratio. smile.gif i bought it used. it was done by La Pulga Technology in Puerto Rico. Unfortunately the owner died last year at the race track testing and tunning a costumer car. they used to cost around $275 to modify your ecu. its kinda rare to find one for sale, it took me about 6 months to find one. i'll post some vids later.

Hmm, can you show me a pic of your ECU?

Also, I've been wondering man, what emissions setup do you guys run, and is it MAF or MAP down there?

I've got some connections to his old racing team, so I may be able to get something done.

we run MAF, we are US territory so all of our cars are USDM.

P.S. LM Tuning is the same as La Pulga Tech.

Is there anything left of the old La Pulga Tech anymore?
