hi all.

my drivers window was working one day.
rolledd the window down, then it would not roll back up. its stuck open, about a 3" gap.

my question is, is it the window regulator? or the window motor?

motors on ebay are about $50shipped.
window regulators are about $78shipped.

which do i buy?

i read the how-to on it, so its seem like it can be done under an hour.

 

do you hear the motor? If so, it's your window regulator.

i dont hear anything at all.

just the click of the window switch.

 

Don't throw parts at the problem, pull the door panel and look inside.
