I dont think he's doing the work, he mentioned it was another guy doing it, unless he was doing some wierd 3rd person talk about himself.
& kinda a silly question DTN,
1) The 2nd pic obviously is finished and looks alot different than the 1st one, being the same header, of course its a WIP pic
2) The 1st pic would leak like a bastard, not to mention theres no way to bolt it up as it was, wip
3) The 1st pic has the flange sitting on the table right next to the header, once again, wip.
Looks good man. Is he making more or is it just a one-off that he doesn't intend on remaking? Have the header dynoed on a stock tib if at all possible..

I couldn't tell if that was the finished flange or not. It kinda looked exploded or like a heat shield or something. I'm not familiar with exhaust welding. Aside from drilling a hole, I've worked metal for about 2 minutes of my entire life.

Yah i didnt mean the final product leaked, what i meant is if he bolted it up as it sat in the first pic it would leak obviously lol, as it wasnt more than spot welded at the time.
Final product looks great, get some vids of it running if you can...
