I want to change my horn to something thats a little better sounding like maybe one that sounds like its from a higher end exotic car. Does anyone have any advice on which horn to get and has anyone ever swapped their stock one out for something better? How hard is it to do on a tib? Thanks.
Oh and I dont want air horns or anything thats over the top.

Changing the horn on a tib is super easy. Its just a 2 wire power and ground connection.
As for what horn to go with...thats all personal preference. They sell high DB ones on ebay fairly cheap. Best thing to do is drive around and ask friends to honk their horns for you. If you hear one that you like, then get it. Im sure most horns are all pretty simple in installing.

yup the only part you'll have to worry about is how to mount it if there's a different mount on it. if you want a stock one from a different car just grab the pigtail for it, cut yours, and solder(my preference) or wire nut together.
