Cel
the first time my cel came on.. it was a bad 02 sensor... on the scanner it was flatlined... so i replaced the sensor with a bosch replacment, checked the sensor just to be shure and it was working... and the car was running better.. i get a few miles down the road and the cel came back on... the codes are p0131 and p0135
the o2 seems to be working on the scanner... but it does read over a volt.. about 1.12
anoyone know somthing that i dont... is there something common with them... i herd a possible ecu problem

bosch only offer two different types for each car. There is a universal, you gotta cut off your factory wire harness and splice those wires and the o2 sensor wires together, and there is the OEM type. OEM type hooks up directly to your original harness. The universal IS cheaper in most cases, so that might be the issue, bad wiring. Then again, it could be one of the other three possibilities. On my friend Scott's car, a cobalt SS not supercharged, it showed a "lean air" code on the OBD2, and it was actually cause by his intake sucking in too much air, ECM thought there was a problem with the air-fuel mixture, tried to adjust it, and ended up messing up his air-fuel while trying to fix itself. The result was the O2 sensor didn't read it right according to his ECM, so the ECM said it was a bad O2 sensor. It was an AEM intake too, so not a knockoff one. There's other possibilities than just replacing the O2 sensor for those codes, if it isn't working right, and it IS the universal, check the wiring. If not, I'd call up the store you got it from and tell them that their code reading and interpreting was off, or you'd like to exchange the sensor perhaps.
131- o2 sensor, low fuel pump pressure, vacuum leak
135- o2 sensor, o2 sensor connection
Compliments of an AutoZoner... God I suck... lol
