Well I'm making an appointment to get the exaust manifold recall thing done. But today I popped a CEL for no apparent reason. For the past few weeks the car's been idling bad. It'll even die sometimes if I don't touch the gas to keep the rpm's below 0. My clutch is going too, but I'm getting a new one.

I started it up tonight to see if I could adjust the idle, when I heard a really weird sound. Sounded like air leaking. At first I thought it might of been the stock headers got cracked, but it sounded like it was coming from the Intake Manifold ??

I haven't done any engine mods, or any mods lately except painting a few things and wiring up my headlights/halos.
Not quite sure what to expect at the dealer. Was hoping for some opinions here before they try to feed me their crap lol.

What kind of TPS do you have? Kefico or Dae Sung?

TPS is the thing that is mounted to the driver side front strut bar mounts right? Mine was moved to accomodate a front strut bar, but it's been like that since I've had the car (almost 2 years now).

Pretty sure it's stock, so I'm gonna say Dae Sung. I'll check it out here in a lil. Gonna stop at auto zone after work and see if they'll scan the CEL for me.

That's your problem. Get a Kefico.

Just to clarify:

The crappy TPS (Dae Sung) is responsible for (what sounds like) an air leak, my CEL, and the RPM's (as of today) dropping straight to the 1-200 range?
