Carpet Cleaning Help Needed
Most of you have seen various pictures of my interior, and they all have a very dirty floor in common.
I really want to get it cleaned up, but i'm just not happy with spending the money it would cost to get it steam-cleaned or detailed at a detailing shop.
It's going to be awhile yet before I pick up some diamond plate mats, so i'm looking for some suggestions on cleaning up the mats and the carpeting nice and good on a wal-mart budget.
If anyone has good reviews on some products, please let me know.

Well, When my floors get all nasty, I use a brush and a vacuum. You'd be supprised how much you can get out of the carpet with a vacuum and a scrub brush. It really gets into the fibers and knocks the dirt loose.
When you get done with that, if there's some more left over, get some soapy water, or some carpet shampoo formula and pour it on the area in question,

Well, I've found a couple do-it-yourself car wash places that have the big vacuums but that also have the shampoo scrubber (some smell good too smile.gif ). Just use a lot of elbow grease and it will come out smile.gif. I probably spend an average of 30~45 mins just on the vacuuming of the car. If you don't have the luxury of a car wash place with the shampoo scrubber Wal-Mart has an excellent carpet cleaner that has a scrubber top. Forgot the brand name but can get the smell and stain of drunkin puke out smile.gif Hope this helps.
try using this product
i used it before on my other vehicles and it works pretty good, just spray on and brush up then vaccum it up. its taken marker stains out of tan/beige carpet so i'm sure it will work on our dark carpets in the tib.
