^^^Those can be made by anyone really. It's just factory fenders with some BMW gills molded in. The rest of the body takes some finesse and serious time if you were to do one-offs.

Those fenders look slightly flared over the stock units. They wont be difficult, but the problem with fender winds up being the mold. Generally to get it right requires 2-3 pieces and final forming to be done properly. It very time consuming which is why fender flares, especially bolt ons, are so popular. They are very cheap to produce, but you'll never see that kind of finish/quality.

Those were widebody 2 piece fenders molded together.
