Has anyone updated their 97-99 Tiburon to the look of the 00-01? Specifically, the front bumper, lights and hood. Is it a simple matter of swapping over the appropriate parts and brackets from an 00-01 to the older car, or is there a fair amount of fabrication involved? I did a search, but I really couldn't come up with any info on it.

 

Iirc you'll need bumper, hood, headlights, bumper support, and radiator core support
The core support will have to be welded in

 

there is a lot of modification involved. from what i remember, headlight assembly and bumper brackets need to be fabbed up.

personally, i don't think it's worth it because it's a downgrade in quality.
