5 speed shifting problem

hi im new here. got a 2001 tiburon when it's cold shifts fine from first to second..after it warms up it grinds from first to second any help?... is there a good trans fluid that mite help? Thanks

Get 3 quarts of Redline MT90 GL4. Change the transmission oil. Report back.
