2006 Windshield Washer

Could please use help on a Windshield Washer pump for my 2006 Tiburon GT

Pump only clicks (pump or motor or both?) and how to get to pump/motor assembly?

Pull the passenger side inner fender. The pump is on the side of the washer fluid tank.
