Default Retractable front plate

Thinking about adding one of these to my Sonata, for when Im parked somewhere. I hate having front plates but this will keep me within the good graces of the law I think

I saw a rectractable (slide up/down into bumper) rear license plate @ NOPI Nats one year, 2006 I believe. I have a pic somewhere.

Interesting. The only problem would be scraping on something. But even then only the bottom of the bumper would get f'ed up anyway.

I like the electronic ones. You could keep it hidden, and if a cop pulls you over for no front plate, just hit a switch and make it retract before he comes up to your window. When he says he's pulling you over for no front plate, say you have no idea what he's talking about. When he see's the plate there, he'll think he's going nuts2.gif lmao.gif

i think that's pretty cool, i just moved to MN and we have to have front plates here, i don't mind on my car but if i had a nicer car i'd hate having to have one.

I want an electric one...or ideally one that could drop down my real plate, a fake plate, or hide the plate altogether.
