Default DIDN'T CHANGE air filter

hi, i have a 2001 4 cyld automatic with 127 k on it it runs great ,had a new timing belt Put t in at 90k , i totally for got to change the air filter going on 50k , what will happen ,because now it runs great and they say if it aint broke don't fix it. asap thank you if anyone has ever done this .

Not as much air goes in = lower power.

All will be good just swap out the old filter for a new one and get back a few extra ponies.

^^^ agree. You should be changing your air filter once a year (apx.)

if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

This doesn't apply to regular maintenance items. Change your air filter.

NOOOOOOO! Just go to the local parts store. The filter will be twice the price if you get it at the stealership.... I mean dealership.
