Well ok, I guess let's start with the obvious part. Because you are driving a Santa Fe, there are absolutely zero off-the-shelf parts that are going to bump your performance. This is where you start building your own parts for your parent's truck.
Are they going to like you doing such oddball and factory-unsupported alterations on their Santa Fe?
I mean, I guess you could have a set of headers custom built for your truck, if you've got a REALLY good exhaust shop in your area and you don't mind the large possibility that they will not help (not properly tuned for length or diameter). You could do a cat-back but the gains will likely be negligeable. You could assemble your own cold-air intake, but I doubt the parents would appreciate it.
