I have an 08 Santa Fe Limited with dual climate (temp) control. Does not work on passenger side. I am told there is an actuator under the dash that needs replacement and that it is a simple fix. This one is held in by two screws and can be accessed without removing the dash. Anyone ever done this and/or have experience with it? Also I am told the part is around one hundred bucks.

 

You might do better on the price (as well as get experience removing the part) if you can find a SF in a local junkyard.
