If ur battery dies then its not getting charged so it should be ur alternater not starter. Ur battery doesn't have enough juice to turn your radio and lights on

I agree.. or the battery is just dead and needs to be replaced. Auto Zone can recharge your battery and test to see if it needs to be replaced.

Well heres the set up...

98 accent

Motor elantra 2.0

Trans accent manual.

Besides that the car is compleatly stock it

Has an r side header that about it

Ok i took it an i got a bad battery and they couldntt re charge it so im getting a new one ill keep u guys posted but im woundering if that will bring back all my lights inside.?

My guess is you have a blown fuse. It would be a red 10A fuse. Check them when you get home, both floorboard and in the engine bay.



What about your tail lights or sunroof (if you have it)? Those are tied to the same fuse as radio.

Ok its fuckin freazing out so im trying to do as much as possible lol. But i got a new battery and the car starts great but i got no heat an no radio but im going to cheak fuses

Have the alternator checked out too, or you may very well need another battery within <50 miles of driving.

Ok i cheaked fuses none were bad. And i have no clew what i can do next. But the car still started fine And still drives good..

The radio and lights sounds like either a fuse, a short, or both.
