lc with beta2 don't start
I swap my lc with a beta2 motor and trans, i keep the ecu from lc.
i change crank sensor, coil pack, extend the wire for the tps the car don't make nothing, just running on starter i check the crank sensor and have no 12v So please help me to start my car, my wife is not happy to past is car every day thanks Simon |
Is it the 1.6L ecm? you need to swap the position of the 2 wires at the coil plug, both plugs.
|
i already change the plug and it doesn't work
my ecm is broken? he don't give me any 12v |
the two car runs before a swap.
can i put the ecm from the elantra on the 1.6l harness or i'm better to swap the entire harness from elantra |
Re pin the accent harness to work with the elantra ecm. I used to have the Elantra harness in my car but there is a large amount of hacking and soldering wires back together. I found re pinning the harness to be a bit easier. Take a look here https://www.hyundaiaftermarket.org/f...-pinout-guide/
I noticed you said you dont have 12v at the crank sensor and if your using the alpha crank sensor then you shouldnt have a 12v wire there at all. |
why my Lc is map it's normal? it's a accent gsi 2001/12
and the wiring harness is the same for all of the Lc |
The harness on LC 1.5 and 1.6L are not the same, but they are close. For instance the coolant temp sensor plug is not on the 1.5L harness at all were it does exist on the 1.6L harness, 1.6L harness has a MAP plug and the 1.5L has a MAF. Of course this would be U.S. spec accents im talking about. I dont have any knowledge on how oversee accents are wired.
