Help needed at NASA this weekend! Hybrid for Developing Countries

Vehicle: 2004 Hyundai Accent
Hi folks! We are three students that have just bought a 2004 Accent to convert it to a Hybrid at Singularity University in NASA Ames at Moffett Field. This is an innovation University focused on solve Global Grand Challenges to one billon people worldwide or more using latest technologies.
We want to prove that hybrid and clean cars in general are possible for non developed economies, developing a cheap retrofit kit with rear hub motors and the necessary electronics, we already bought most things, we need lots of help to do this!
