Im ordering the Injen intercooler piping because I dont know yet if I want to upgrade the entire intercooler set up. And I plan on keeping my BOV in the stock location for now too. But Im curious which is the weaker component to the IC system. The piping or the IC itself? From what I understand, the stock IC can handle upwards of 300hp with no problems, correct?

I have the Injen piping sitting in my garage right now. Out of the 2, I would guess the IC is the weaker part. But you're right...the stock one can handle enough power for a daily driver. If you plan on going balls to wall with a HP increase, then getting a better and bigger FMIC kit is the way to go.
