Default Taking the car in for warranty work

My driver side door lock is acting weird. When I press the unlock button on my remote, the lock only opens half way. I have to use the key to fully unlock it in order to get in. It locks fine... just doesn't unlock all the way. Called the dealer and they said they will fix it under warranty. I hate going to the dealer for stuff and haven't stepped foot in one since I bought the car. I prefer to do things myself but if they're gonna fix it for free, then why not.

My car had the same problem. Took it in to have it fixed by the dealer too. The problem is the door lock module goes bad and it took about 2 hours for them to fix it with a new one. They gave me crap about my mods but I wasnt there for engine work and they cant deny warranty work for something thats wrong with an interior part.

Its probably a bad solenoid which is a common problem with Hyundai's.
