I got hit by radar at 44 in a 25 because that's how fast I was going after I landed (airborne over side street) and skidded in front of the cop. He gave me a ticket for 35 because I pulled over and waited for the cop and was courteous and cooperative. I don't remember the cost of the ticket, a bit over $100. Took it to court because I didn't know the officer's full statement would be available. I was the last in a long line of students from my school who were being disrespectful and I dressed nicely and was on my best behavior. The judge looked like Jay Leno. He ended up giving me 90 days of driving probation because there were favorable notes from the officer.

Dunno, needle was buried so well over 85. The cop said he clocked me at 95 but wrote the ticket for 78 so I wouldn't lose my license.
