Remanufactured or rebuilt brembos

Couple of questions
1. Do you think it would be alot cheaper to buy rebuilt or remanufacturered brembo calipers?
2. Would they be as safe as new ones?

They would be cheaper than buying brand new but usually theres a core charge where you have to give back your set of messed up calipers. They may not take base model calipers in exchange for brembos. As for safety, rebuilt calipers are just as good as new so you wont have any problems.

When I did the XGs on the Tib and the Big Blacks on the 944 I just bought some junkyard parts and did the rebuild myself.
Look around, you're still talking $500 or better without rotors, but that's a fraction of a dealer part
