You'll lose a little over time - it's not a perfectly sealed system. When's the last time you checked? If it's a thousand miles, maybe worry. If it's 20,000 miles, maybe just check the engine oil and coolant for color/consistency and don't worry if they look okay. Check all the hose fittings, looking carefully for signs of leaks or discolored drips under the hoses.
I know my car has a habit of seeping coolant at a particular hose fitting. Then it dries, and clogs the hole. Alternatives range from "normal" to "new engine time" so it's definitely worth looking into.
