How much is everyone paying every month for insurance with their GC's? What company are you with, and whats your coverage/deductible? Im starting to shop around to see if there are any better offers.
About $550 every six months (I chose to make one payment, saves me $30+ and its one less bill to worry about). You know, with all the variables, our answers are irrelevant. And I just turned 25, my next payment will be in February, so I'm sure it'll be a lot lower. Just shop around, dude. You don't even have to call most places, you can do it online.
I pay $7000 a year, or $583 a month for my basic insurance. On my Tiburon. FML. lol. Thats why I dont own a GC yet is because my insurance would be over $12,000 a year.
This is part of why getting a DUI at age 19 really sucks!
Its almost off my record though thank god and my insurance is slowly starting to come down. Last year it was $7450.

Nope I am not him! And yes I am for realz lol. I make enough money so its not an issue but it still really sucks. I dont need to be spending that kind of money for insurance at age 21. Its horrible. Otherwise I could own a sick Gen Coupe right now.

I have Progressive with full coverage... $500 deductibles for collision and comprehensive. Everything is 100/300 mainly. Renter's for up to $30 a day for up to 30 days. It was $108 a month September 2009 when I bought the car. It was up to $126 a month back in the summer since rates in my area went up in general. Now it's $147 a month since somebody backed up into me while I was pulling into a parking spot, and both of us had complete blind spots, and so they ruled it was both of our faults. Sad. I've never had any other accidents on my record. State Farm wants to charge me $209 a month, and that's the next cheapest company out there when I was searching quotes in September.
