Do these make any kind of difference in handling with gen coupes?

I would be cautious about "universal" bars, as the adjustments alone weaken the structure of the bar while your 3,400 hunk of steel is taking the turns.
A bar made for the Genesis would probably be more effective. I'd invest in Luxon or Cusco frame bars, strut bars (F & R) and sways first before worrying about a cheap universal bar.

Do you have all of the following?
-3000 lb/in springs
-Spherical joints in every suspension component
-Seam welded chassis
-Nagging problems with wheel control despite all your adjustments?
If so, get a structural, triangulated roll cage that is approved by whatever racing body that you're racing under.

Oh yeah, a universal, adjustable, bolt-in piece of thin-walled mild steel tube is going to do DIDDLY SQUAT to your car.
