Does the RMR team have some kind of aftermarket or modified e-brake in their gen coupes they use for drifting or do you think its all stock? If they’re modified or aftermarket, where can we get them?

Definitely not stock. No self respecting drift car has a stock handbrake.
You want to convert to a hydraulic handbrake.
