Chrome wrap
I'm sure I'm going to get a lot of hate for this but I found a shop near me who will do a full all on chrome vinyl wrap with high quality 5 year 3m vinyl for $1100. I have not pulled the trigger on it but it's really making me think. Going for these looks

I'd like to see a chrome wrapped Genesis. I think it would look pretty bad ass! :)

I'd like to see it after 5 years, compared to a well-treated high quality clear over paint.
i dunno man, isn't that effectively transforming your car into a road hazard?
Why the obsession with wrapping? There are tons of products that will do the same thing permanently, chances are this vinyl BS will being to fade and look like sh*t if not well maintained and garage kept. It seems like walking through a field of sh*t to get a porno, when there's a seven eleven right next door.

i think it's because of the ease of reverting back to your old paint job once you're tired of the wrap.. just peel it off and you're back with your original paint.
Assuming the vinyl comes off clean and doesn't rip up the paint/clear. Which is a high likelyhood.
I must say the blue chrome is pretty sick, like your own Hot Wheels car hehe I would hate to drive next to one of these wrapped cars on a sunny day tho
