How soon before Hyundai kills off this car?

Im gonna go ahead and say 2013 will be the final year for this car considering sales have not hit anywhere close to their expectations.

It got 5% of its target market in the introductory year and sales are increasing. Why would they kill it? You'll never sell as many luxury cars as econoboxes that go for 1/4 the price.

Combined Genesis and Equus sales were up 27 percent from last year with a total of 2291 and 292 units sold

Lol I thought this was a guessing game too until I noticed the forum section.

The Veracruz is already scheduled to be terminated in lieu that the Santa Fe will become the primary SUV.

I wouldn't be offended if they did kill it, unfortunately. It's pretty gaudy and soulless. At least the old equus had a cool interior:

I wouldn't judge a model's success based off of US market sales alone.
