I am needing some referral suggestions to have my headrests reset. the dealership wants $125 to attempt......and if needed....$500 per to replace!
I don't think I would really mind the $125 but the $500 per...is just nuts.

Unless it throws some sort of computer error code, I'd think about going to an upholstery shop and have them just turn it into a regular headrest vs. something that 'opens'
Is it possible for you to post a photo of what you're talking about?

I believe the Equus headrests work the same as the Genesis sedan's.

I8acobra,....thank you very much. I didn't think it was too incredible a task. I will look at your info and follow up.
very much appreciated. BTW...I am still on Lease and warranty so adding different headrests as offered by Stocker won't work, but thanks for the help guys.

Fyi.....I am selling my car as I am going to get into a Tesla Model S. I love my Equus for sure, but time to change course. I test drove on and was impressed, but planned that path beforehand.
I might add.......I have a 427 Ford Shelby Cobra so the need for speed is covered. I love new cars.
be well guys and thanks for the help. I am looking for the better place to list my car if any of you have an idea.
Black Noir with Jet Blk interior. Upgraded Falcon tires and custom wheels (approx. 9k) 19+ k miles. Absolutlely Pristine condition
and will have NEW pics soon if anyone interested. Signature edition.
