Kinda liking the look of roof racks now after seeing this. Who has one on their ride and do you guys recommend Thule or Yakima?

 

Just so long as you understand you'll be giving up 10-30% of your fuel economy, go with whatever one you like. If fuel economy matters and if whatever you are going to haul can fit on one, use a trunk or hitch mount instead

 

That fad was so 2012.

 

It's HUGE here in NY. Almost every German car owner has one on their car, plus other imports and even the domestic guys are getting in on it.

 

I've thought about bending and welding some pipe steel to match the old style roof racks. Only reason I haven't done it yet is because my lack of needing one lol I just think it would look cool.
