Default gas pump clicks like tank full but its not

When I fill up my car or try to at least the pump will click like its full but its not. It gets on my nerves!!! It used to do it a little now gas will flow out sometimes. I seen a post from someone in a thread that fixed their but I can't find it.

Any one know what it is?
