Sparkplug soaked in OIL?

Hi guys Yesterday I was changing my spark plugs and soon as I pulled off the plugs 2 of them are soaked in oil! There's allot of oil around the side of the engine aswell. I dont see black or blue smoke coming out of the exhaust, It does have a white smoke but I dont see it being different than any other cars on the road maybe coz its 17 degree out. I got two codes thrown P0506, and P0336. Car's running and Idling pretty good. I only notice that at Idle the RPM gauge goes up and down slowly but not by much.

I think the shop might have change one of the plugs a week before bacause it was misfiring on cylinder 3 but that is fix now my Ecu harness was loose.

I had that problem and it was the valve cover washers.

P0605 Engine control module (ECM) •?? ROM error ECM

P0336 Crankshaft position (CKP) sensor •?? range/performance problem Insecure sensor/rotor, air gap, wiring, CKP sensor

That's an odd couple of codes for just valve cover washers

The P0605 is a strange code any way. I would fix the oil problem fist.

Sorry I typed it wrong its P0506, not P0605 I'll edit my post.

P0506 Idle speed control (ISC) system •?? rpm lower than expected Wiring, ISC acutator/IAC valve, throttle motor, throttle valve tight/sticking, ECM

A loose harness is odd but it would at least partially fit with two codes that both call out wiring as a possible culprit. Reset the ECM and see if they come back?

When I was working on Turbo Timer last month I broke one of the locks on the ecu harness so when I brought the car to the shop to install the new turbo, harness got loose and started running like crap, it keep stalling and it was misfiring on cylinder 3. They tried checking the cel but gets an error, they called me and blame the FIC might have got reset, so I went there check the FIC calibration and it was fine and when I push the harness in then the car start running fine. I have reset code P0506 once and came back up now I have a pending code of P0336.

If you hold the ECM and its connector together with a big zip-tie or something, do the codes come back after a reset? Just having the connector loose is asking for trouble.
