I have that exact same problem the driver side light does not work even though the bulb is good. Must be some kind of short some where. Also has anyone had any trouble with their headlights burning out way too fast. I have lost the same one twice in two months.

I did at one point then I went into the socket with a pair of needle nose pliers and closed the prongs to be really tight then pushed the bulbs back into the prongs and all is well now so try that it should work I hope anyway.

hey this has happened to me. I took it to the dealer and they took the sunglass holder down and tighten the screws. that is the problem. It happen again and i retightened them and my map lights have been working great since then. hopefully that is all that is wrong with your cars.

Well the screws that they tightened down are the ground connection for the lights so that very well could be your problem too.
