Someone wired up a push button start with a kill switch. It was shorting out and sparking, this mess is ghetto soldered and I can't find a wiring diagram to save my life.
I have 5 wires, white/blue yellow/red black/white red/white yellow/black
The 2 yellow wires activate the started solenoid. the white/blue wire was free-hanging not connected to anything.
with the 4point toggle in the off position, nothing is closed. In the on position the all wires closed except the yellow/red, that is connected to the normally-open push button switch. but the white/blue wire is connected to literally nothing.
Also, the way this is wired. The obd2 port has no power along with the cruise control, rear defogger, radio and dash-clock
what a mess lol

Is there any way someone could get a wiring diagram and paste it over here for me? I can't access the hmaservice website because I don't have Windows and I can't find anything online. Any help is super-appreciated.

Okay I found this
12volts -yel/bl
Starter -yel/red
Ignition -blk/wht
Accessory -red/wht
Second Accessory -wht/blu
So what is second accessory supposed to be connected to?
Is the acc 2 supposed to be powered instead of acc 1?
Right now with the toggle switched on, the
12v, acc and ignition is powered and with the push button switch, the started becomes engaged.

If I had to guess, I would assume acc 1 would be the first key click and acc 2 should be the second key click and that should be on at the same time as the ignition. Am I wrong?

So I connected acc2 where acc1 was, and now some stuff that didn't work before (clock etc) works, but now wipers and stuff do not work. Nor the OBD2 port which will cause me to fail state inspection.. Are both acc1 and acc2 suppoesed to be powered?
Second accesories do commonly power different objects, usually these wires are relayed somewere for different current handling. So yes rewire each to their respective places both will need to be in place for all normal functions.
Anything else on fire lol...
Hmm obd2 may be the two wires above the ignition. I havn't looked at a schematic for our cars but quite commonly newer vehicles have two wires from the ignition side that comunicate with the data port. That being said you could have a poped fuse somewere aswell if there was loose connections.
If you have a layout of all the wires for the igniton and such post it.

There are 2 wires on lock of the lock cylinder that when that circuit is closed (usually by a key) it makes the car ding as if I left the keys in the ignition. I will try completing that circuit and see what happens. Thank you.
Ah yes, you have jogged my brains, they are security wires, used for bypassing the starter without use of a key. Not having these hooked up will turn the car off even if you start it with the key. I don't think they will help the obd2 however.

You are correct, that didn't help. Oh well it's late now and I have work tomorrow so I will mess with it more tomorrow. Thanks for your help.
