Default CEL is on again ughhh

As some of you know I'm back to N/A for couple months now. The car was running good I even pass emission test, drove couple hundred miles with no problem but during the weekend while I was driving on the rain I suddenly got p1127 thrown. I notice that my MPG sucks I just put $30 worth of gas after driving not even a 100 miles and I was out of gas already? I don't know if its because of my 460cc injectors, my FPR is at 22psi at idle. I erase the code but came back on in less than 10 mile of driving, what could this be?

P1127 Fuel System Rich - Part Load

P1127 Control Sleeve Position Sensor

What is control sleeve position sensor and where is it located?

I always go to the hyundai webtech site for info on codes, because you run into alot of generic codes like the ones above, which neither of those codes look right to me. Here is the link to the website go in and create account ---->Hyundai WEBtech

P1127

Long term fuel trim multiplicative, system too rich

this is staight off the Hyundai Webtech . Go there to troubleshoot your problem.
