Never. I only get something like that once a year or two. And when I do, I get a 2 day paid vacation from work, so it's not worth getting in my case.

I don't think the flu vaccine is worth it.

I got only because the military makes me get one.

I didn't get them when I was in the military, requirements to the contrary notwithstanding, more years than not.
