I am because lets face it, what am I gonna do with my body parts when I'm dead? Nothing so if they can help someone else stay alive then

I voted no because im not down as one.
But like u said if i was past repair and i could help someone in need i would.
Arent u still alive when ur orgons are removed to keep them fresh ? or do they wait till ur body full shuts down ?
