I used to be around 26 but dieting and working out every day for a couple of years brought me down to 18.8

Haha, BMI is a terrible measure of anything. Mine is a 36.6. It was a 48.8 at one time.



I'm currently at about 24-25% body fat. Sure, that's pudgy but I'm actually pretty comfortable with where I'm at now.



In order to be at the heaviest allowed for "normal" weight the calculator says I would have to be 184 pounds. That's not realistic for me at all. That would be far below a healthy weight for me. My goal weight of 225 is right above the line for obesity according to BMI. At 205 I was sick, just skin and bones.
