what exercises do you hate/refuse to do?
Squats and Lunges. Hate them. My legs are super strong, but I hate squats.
LOVE Back. Love push ups. Love abs. I can rock some planks or side planks.
I actually do like this exercise - a personal trainer showed me a squat/shoulder press routine. Do 5 with right hand on top, then 5 with left hand on top (to avoid favoring one side). Add weight, repeat and do more work. Have the bottom of the bar in the corner of the wall for stability.

I'm the opposite, squats are one of my favourite exercises
It's not so much that I hate to do them, but my shoulders are busted and I miss out on doing a bunch of shoulder exercises until further notice

I hate the inability to walk after doing a huge leg workout. One night I went to run up the stairs, hit the first step and fell on my face. My legs stopped working, my muscles were jello. Love/Hate - love that I'm able to see the effects of me workout but hate that I can't freakin' walk.
