Default What do you use for a pre workout?

Supplement thread pre workout specific.



Tried:



NOxplode = mostly caffeine and ended up crashing after a couple cycles

black powder = less caffeine high and low, noticed more in the lift

Super pump = tastes the best, didn't work after first cycle I was immune

Nano vapor = garbage muscle tech crap ended up yawning during workouts once I was used to it

Jacked = liked it but left it for non supplement approach, need another pre workout cuz I don't have the jump start I used to

1 tablet of 200mg caffeine

I take 5 tablespoons by mouth and then I mix 3 tablspoons with 32oz. of water or Gatorade! I drink this while I work out. Once finished I continue to drink plenty of water after every set. I try to keep myself hydrated for the duration of my workout.

I've been taking this for 10yrs with great results but doesnt always mean it will work for the next person! Since Ive be blessed with good genetics I really dont take anything else!

No-doz about an hour before your workout is the best, but coffee is fine too. I do not trust those ridiculous pre-workout formulations one bit.
