Without reading the article I'm going to guess this is yet another example of "science reporting" that fails to draw the line between causation and correlation. :thumbdown:

Well I can attest that it doesn't prevent depression or insomnia. When my ex left, I was depressed and couldn't sleep. I was also very dehydrated. You figure it out.

I dunno. Nothing preps me for nap better than rubbing one out. Also with all the internet porn there is out there, who has time to be depressed.

I see the logic.
