Supposedly this is designed to increase the rate at which men will wash their hands after having answered the call of nature.

is your penis dirty?
did you pee on your hands?
I seriously don't see the need to wash my hands every time I go pee
If I'm doing the other thing - for sure I wash my hands.

^what he said. At work, where everything BUT what's under my clothes is dirty, I wash my hands BEFORE touching my various body parts in the restroom.
Unless these are automatic/touch-free they will not increase the rate of hand-washing. However, I would gladly piss in the sinky part on top because it's there and it's WAY funnier to say I just peed in the sink.

But how would I know??? How do you know the last person that shook your hand wasn't spanking one off just before he saw you and never bothered to wash his hands afterward? You'd never know. I work in construction, I've touched some pretty gross things...... whatever.
