Misophonia. Anyone else have it?

I absolutely despise it when I hear other people eating and smacking their lips. Drives insane.
Misophonia, literally “hatred of sound", is believed to be a neurological disorder characterized by negative experiences (anger, flight, hatred, disgust) triggered by specific sounds. The sounds can be loud or soft.
People who have misophonia are most commonly angered, and even enraged, by common ambient sounds, such as other people clipping their nails, brushing teeth, eating crushed ice, eating, breathing, sniffing, talking, sneezing, yawning, walking, chewing gum, laughing, snoring, typing on a keyboard, whistling or coughing; certain consonants; or repetitive sounds.

Doesn't this apply to damn near everyone? Why does everything need a diagnosis?
Why cant the sound of loud chewing or an Indain accent be annoying without it meaning I have a crippling disorder?

But in all seriousness, this isn't a misfiring of the brain. If you're NOT annoyed by somethings YOU need to be checked out.
