Fake weights. She's in running shoes and the soles don't compress. I've got a couple powerlifting buddies and everyone's been talking about this woman. They're also saying that even the best bar would have more sag with that weight on it. Also, the bar never "bounces".

Definitely not what it looks like to have that much weight on the bar. Definitely not the way it would look lifting it regardless of strength.
