No idea... Closest I do is seated chest presses. I do 5 sets of 10 with 100Lbs. every other day.

When I was lifting it was between 300 and 325 lbs usually but I sort of hit a wall and had trouble going heavier than 325.

I haven't done any bench presses in years now, closest I do is push ups, so I would probably be lucky to go over 270 now. That might not even happen lol.

I would do 5 sets of 5 with my third set being the heaviest weight. last time i bench pressed was maybe 2 years ago and i think i was at 170 (i weighed 140)

i feel like i'm in better shape then i was then, so i don't know, i'm 130 now

When I was fat and an alcoholic, my Bench Press record was 285 lbs.

Now that I'm not an alcoholic, I lost 30 pounds. Now I can only do Max 250 lbs.

I asked a couple of Amateur power lifters and they told me the reason why fat people can usually lift more weight is because fat gives quick energy to lift. They mentioned that it's normal for a person to lift less weights when they lose a lot of fat.
