7 meals and 5,165 calories per day. That's a lot of freaking food but when you probably spend 8 hours a day in the gym to look like he does, it makes sense to have to eat all that.

When I was in high school I was in really good shape. We did a full resting metabolic rate study on a few students, I was one of them. To maintain weight at that time I had to eat over 5500 calories per day. Sadly that's no longer the case.

Well, for a man that size and who carries that much muscle mass needs to maintain that 265lb. frame. As you can see he's consuming plenty of protein. His protein intake alone is damn near 3,000 calores or if not more. Seems like he's on a 60/40 (60% protein/40%carb) intake diet minus his fat intake.
