Default Cutting back on soda, drinking more water

I used to drink a lot of Diet Coke and Coke Zero.

Now, I'm drinking over 90 ozs. of water during work. I'm hoping that will help me lose weight. I want to get off diet soda just in case it is related to cancer or Parkinson's or whatever. I was drinking enough to be a lab rat for Nutrasweet.

just drink in moderation what you normally drink, balance it out with water, but you might frequent the toilet too many times,

try seltzer water or perrier if you want water with fizz.

I drink almost exclusively water or alcohol now. I hardly ever drink soda, and if I do it's the occasional Sprite Zero. Cutting out fat and sugar from your diet will help you lose weight, but being more active will also have a big impact
