It is a clear "window" that you can install on your car to show off whatever body part or engine part you want to show off.

Didn't they tell you?! It's a SPEED WINDOW! Your engine always works harder if you can see it move..it likes the attention. ack..i'm tired.

Yeah I am with Random on this, it is just like decals give you Horse Power, well this gives you speed!!!

I got to agree with Iago on this one, maybe they just have them here in Texas? And Speedholes are the same primise, except it's a hole in the wall.
