Anyone know of a good place to find a shop manual like a Helms on how to dismantle the Tib?

The Hyundai Service manuals would be your best bet. that and www.hmaservice.com

They cost about $120 for the set of 3 books, but they cover everything you want to know.

They are available from your Hyundai Dealer.
